Forgot Your Jai Club Password? How to Reset Your Login
Forgetting your Jai Club password is a quick fix. The platform sends a verification code to your registered mobile number, which you use to create a new password and regain full access.
What to Do When You Forget Your Password
Jai Club has a password reset process that takes under two minutes if you have access to your registered mobile number. All you need is that number and access to the messages sent to it.
Do not try to guess your password multiple times. Too many failed attempts can temporarily lock your account. Instead, go straight to the password reset option on the login screen.
How to Reset Your Password
- Open the Jai Club app or website.
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" or the equivalent link below the login button.
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- Tap "Send Code." A one-time verification code will be sent via SMS to your number.
- Enter the code in the verification field. Codes expire within a few minutes, so use it promptly.
- Create a new password. Choose something strong that you have not used elsewhere.
- Confirm the new password by entering it a second time.
- Tap "Reset" or "Confirm." You will now be able to log in with your new password.
What If You No Longer Have the Registered Number?
If you have changed your phone number since registering and can no longer receive codes on the registered number, you will need to contact Jai Club customer support. The support team can verify your identity through other means and assist with updating your registered number.
To reach support, use the live chat option available on the platform's support page. Prepare to provide your account details such as your registered name and the email address linked to your account, if applicable. This helps the team confirm you are the legitimate account owner.
Creating a Strong Replacement Password
When you reset your password, use the opportunity to create a stronger one. A strong password is at least eight characters long and includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one symbol.
Avoid passwords based on personal information like your name, birthdate, or mobile number, as these are the first things someone would guess. Do not reuse a password from another platform — if that platform experiences a data breach, your Jai Club account could be at risk.
- At least 8 characters long
- Mix of upper and lowercase letters
- At least one number
- At least one symbol such as @, #, or !
- Not used on any other website or app
